I have my exchange email set to push and my emails and Calender sync up to my phone consistantly. Problem is the inverse....when I create an appointment on my phone's Calender it doesn't update outlook when I go on my computer outlook Calender. 2nd issue is if someone sends me a meting invite from their outlook and I accept is via phone, it doesn't show as accepted on my computer. Just in my phonee ....thoughts?

I am experiencing same problem. Our IT support indicated this is known Adroid problem and suggested use of TouchDown (which I tried but didn't solve problem). Did you figure out a solution yet?
i used to have this same problem, but when i updated to gingerbread (different phone) and used Exchange 2010, this issue went away. I currently use this phone and synch to Exchange 2010 with no problem.
