    Is it ok to flash back to CM10 from 10.1 without wipe?

    I want to go back to cm10 stable I don't have a backup so I wanted to be able to keep everything when going to cm10 from 10.1. I do have a titanium backup license so that would help me if not. I know it's possible but would I run into any particular problems? Anyone...

    If i remember correctly, CM10 is 4.1.2 and CM10.1 is 4.2.1. Dirty flashing a new ROM with a changed android version is generally a nono. There is an incredibly high likelihood of you experiencing issues. If there is no change in android version, then go ahead for sure. Just don't report any "bugs" until you do a clean install.

    flashing backward without wiping is a no no. its possible that the current problems that you have wont stop if you do not wipe.

    always wipe. all the time. every flash.

    I dirty flash nightlies and they run fine but different android versions I forgot about, thanks!
