problems loading videos

Is there something I can do to help load videos faster. I use MX player. But it take almost 15 minutes to load a 3 min video

Are you streaming the videos? What codec and what are the specs of the vid/audio?

Streaming means you are accessing the file that isn't located on the device, netflix and youtube are examples of this. But many more exist, you could stream from your home PC to your phone if you like. I was just wondering if it could potentially be a networking error.

Have you tried a different player? Perhaps it is an issue with MX. BSPlayer, Moboplayer, QQPlayer...quite a few others exist out there that are pretty good.
