10-11-2012 10:48 PMNot on official build 4, but from my own build from last night, but no I haven't had issues with those yet with JB. They get weird in landscape sometimes, as there is only one image, not two like for the default icons (portrait and landscape version).
I imagine you are running a theme chooser theme, if yes have you tried removing it? I will try and think of something else to try, but my brain isn't firing on all cylinders right now.
As proof, I just set two random icons in the 2 and 4 slots (normally have them blank).

to OP, I am on build 4 and my icon are the same. There is a setting in the ROM setting, navigation bar, and navigation bar height. hopefully that will fix your issue.
