About LinkBacksSince I finally got the OTA JB update on VZW...if I root, will it default to ICS again?
I've rooted before, but had gnex issues, on my third and left it stock. Thinking of rooting due to wifi tether options and volume issues. Just not sure if I will lose the JB update?

09-29-2012 07:33 PMif you root it will stay on JB. I would suggest you use Wug's toolkit (seems you may be new to rooting process) - http://www.wugfresh.com/dev/nexus-root-toolkit/

09-29-2012 07:48 PMThat superboot may not work if you DL'd it for 4.0.2 or 4.0.4 ICS. Just flash this zip in cwm.
