About LinkBacksmy screen got very badly cracked today. phone is still functions but the glass is splintered and falling away. i'm not due for an upgrade soon. any one know if Verizon would help me out and let me upgrade early or get a new phone at the upgrade price?

09-03-2012 02:10 PMThe earliest I've heard of Verizon giving an early upgrade is 30 day ahead. And since yours still functions that won't help your case in getting an early upgrade at all.
They'll most likely tell you to buy a phone at full price. You're better off buying from craigslist or Swappa.

09-03-2012 04:53 PMSamsung will fix it for around $150. You'll need a phone for a couple weeks but its cheaper than fixing it yourself or buying a phone at full price.

09-03-2012 05:31 PMI have no idea what it would cost, but there might be a local store/repair shop that could fix it. I know there is one 10 minutes from me. (I'm just north of Boston)
