Maybe flash back to ICS 4.0 4 and see if the problem persists.

I am thinking twice abut this shared data thing. It's just been a few days and I have used half a gig already out of the 4. I have not even done much! Might return the phone, but I am not sure if I can get my unlimited 3g back. I think I should have saved, bought a used nexus from Verizon online and kept my unlimited Internet.

A very good question about whether or not can get your money to 3 G back. Fortunately for me I got my Nexus the day before they announce the Share Plan so I still have unlimited data. After I got my Nexus I used 1.5 gigabytes in the first billing period. I'm more than 2 thirds through the next billing period and I've only used a few 100 megabytes. Naturally I was doing a lot of app downloading initially. I think if you're not doing a lot of video, your usage should stabilize.Originally Posted by en28so

Verizon's new plans should be called limited everything.

It's funny because I am always stuck on 3g at work and home, and even then, I wouldn't be able to use the 4G much would I? Not impressed by their speed either. The most I have been able to pull is about 5mb on speed test. I think I might just go back to my rebooting Droid X. At least I didn't have to worry about limits. It's like I am back on my DROID X, but with limited data instead of unlimited. Go figure.

They should be called the " designed to force you into a data overage so we can charge you for 2 gigabytes extra even though you only went over by 1 megabyte " plan.Originally Posted by en28so

Well , I officialy hate Verizon now ! I returned the phone ,but the $35 conection charge still stands (had to be returned within 3 days ). Not only that ,I also cannot return to my unlimited plan ,so now I'm stuck with limited internet and an old phone ! At least my contract ends in December . After that ,the hell with you Verizon !
