I was trying to find my phones manufactor dare and was told I could type *#*#1234#*#*. When I hit this the number just disappeared. Does thus do anything to the phone?

I have never heard that one, no clue what it does if anything. The one you are probably looking for, is *#*#INFO#*#* (*#*#4364#*#*) .Quote:

Like I said after entering it and without hitting send it just erased its self. That mean anything?
