    elixir 2 widgets, there is a hotspot widget that works without root.

    Can you USB tether for free? I'm trying to understand this process but I'm picking it up rather slowly. I'm coming from an extremely old phone straight to smart phones...

    No problem. I would check the free options before you buy. I bought the $10.00 option because I didn't know about the free ones.
