    4.0.3 was only made for the Nexus S. We're waiting for 4.0.4, that's the next major update for the Nexus.

    How do u install it , is there step by step way do it and is it exact way would receive ota ,

    you need to have unlocked bootloader. easiest way to accomplish it is with wug's root toolkit.
