Do you guys enable data limits so you can disable background data on apps like Facebook?

I have it enabled. I set my limit to 10gb and don't worry about it. Hard to rate any increase in battery life, but anytime you don't use data you're saving battery so might as well turn it off when you're not using it.
I have a lot better battery life with an app that turns off data only. When you need to go online, all you have to do it toggle it on.
The one I use it's called power max
