My phone rebooted while plugged into the my work desktop and I got these pop-ups:
I do not know a whole lot about the OMAP processors.... but I do know last week there was a concern that the Nexus did not come with the 4460 processor... many thought it was the 4430 in the razr.
Now with that said, what am I seeing here? I found a tech article comparing the 4430 and 4440, but it makes no mention of the 4460 (assuming the time frame is correct, the 4460 probably didn't exist):
