    What camera problem?

Am I the only one getting superb picture quality? I notice that if I'm relatively still or have my arm propped on somethintlg, I take excellent pictures, better than my gfs tbolt even, which is known for its great camera. However if I just casually take a picture, it can sometimes be a little blurry. I really think that the shutter lag is too fast for those having problems and picks up slight muscle movements because its so fast. You guys are used to slow phones maybe. Try taking a picture with your arm resting on a table- you'll be impressed.

    Ditto.

Having zero issues. Used a DSLR all through college, fully aware of what kind of detail cameras are capable of, but not seeing any quality issues with the Nexus.

The camera is garbage, plain and simple. It picks up no detail in the picture, even when focused and a steady hand. It's all mush, and soft edges. I've tried Camera Zoom which focuses/snaps the photo easier with one touch of the screen instead of two, same result.

Case in point, here's a photo taken by the Rezound, with fairly dim indoor light. Incredible detail. You can even see the texture of the display board.

And the Nexus. Bright artificial light, and next to a window with lots of natural light. The phone was resting on a stapler, so you can't say anything about movement. The camera is just lame. No detail. All mush.

Excellent camera in my honest opinion. I wish it was 8mp though for extra detail but its the best 5mp I ever saw.

Apples and oranges. You need to compare the same photo. I see plenty of detail in both pictures in the image in the center of focus. Both have fuzzy images off-center focus (the cord in the below one, the spec sheets in the above).

For crying out loud, the "detail" you are highlighting is one of particle board - by nature a rough surface - vs. what appears to be a laminate top in the bottom one.

Jcar those are two entirely different photos with entirely different lighting. Pretty hard to compare.

Exactly. With a TON more light, you'd expect the Nexus to have a much better pic. But the reverse is true, which is mind-boggling. The Rezound was in lowlight, and it pulled off a very sharp pic. It's not difficult to see that the Nexus photo has no detail.

Overexposure is just as bad as not enough light, you're reaching and rambling here.

Still it's much easier to compare two photos taken of same object in same light. Not bashing, I'd like to see.

well i had the rezound and believe me the pictures are WAY better on the rezound even without the "zero lag". But then my incredible 2 took amazing pictures too, HTC just has great cameras..

I don't have anyway of taking the same picture with my rezound now but I will take the same picture with my wife's iphone 4 (not S) and with the nexus and upload later..
