Does anyone know if I can purchase the Nexus and activate it myself (from home) with my bionic SIM card - I'd like to get in and out asap and don't want a sales rep rifling around with my new phone, I know we're able to do this with 3G phones but not sure if the same rings true with SIM cards

12-08-2011 03:25 PMActually they program the sim card so just take it home and put it in yourself. Then power up the new phone and you are good to go!

12-08-2011 03:27 PMyeah go to Target (Radio Shack) or Best Buy and buy one ($10 or $20 respectively at each place) and you can do it yourself... I don't think the VZW store will let you walk out with one without activating it, at least for free
