I can't believe you really just said that... must be really good stuff you're puffing on over there. I can't wait for the G-Nex to come out so people can really put it up against the iPhone 4S and squash statements like this. The iPhone 4S will be considered mediocre by November 17th.

it's not even 4g so it gets automatic disqualification. by the time it finishes downloading a movie trailer, i'll be done downloading a whole movie.

well it is in competition since we all know that android phones have had bug after bug. iphone is now consistant.
poor battery life(supposed software issue- im doubting)
call answering issues(not able to hear)(all over the net)
siri inconsistant as crud(apple response its in beta)-was it advertised as in beta and not expected to work consistantly.
along with 3g speed on verizon(att is hspa+-on tmobile thats 10 down 3 up. not sure on att)
but remember that tiny is screen is what everyone really wants(per apple)
the iphone 4s cant even compete with the atrix which was released how long ago.
while im sure its a decent phone(if you can answer a call) its not in any competition for best phone of 2011. and ios4-5 whatever is no way compares even clsoe to functionality of android. more stable supposedly? but feature wise not even in the same league. and some of its features must be pretty good as apple took them and put them in ios5 and thye have the nerve to be sueing people and complaining of copying its just laughable.

with that said i am pretty sure the post was joking.

Down with apple with how they've been acting recently...we can't make a better phone than them so we'll just use our most stupid and silly patents to sue the competition out...real nice, apple. Apple seems to be good for getting the ball rolling but they just can't keep up...basically introduced home computers, mp3 players, and smartphones but the only thing they are really good for anymore are mp3 players (ipods) and even those are being replaced by smartphones...
Now that my rant is done, my opinion on the best phone of this year is a toss-up between the cool, tough construction of the Droid razor and the new os and features of the galaxy nexus...if only they could somehow be combined lol

not that i dont like it. i dont like ios ive played with it like android much better. but overall the iphone 4s(the best one out there) does not compare functionality wise with any top tier android phone. thats just a fact. and the old argument iphone just works also isnt there anymore from what i have been reading the iphone 4s is just as buggy as android phones so i just see nothing going for it.. on another note the broncos are beating the raiders

That would be the Rezound there buddy... it has almost( all of the good of each phone...into one phone.

Its right in the middle of the road.
not the best build but in the middle of the pack
Removable battery.
Removable sd.
HD screen(probably the best screen out to date).
Unlocked at launch.
it has sense 3.5....better then blur...not as good as ICS.
In the middle of the pack with its very very good camera.
likely better processor and gpu vs the razr.... MAYBE.....not as good vs the Nexus(alot of conflicting info on this).
No NFC(either does razr)
No gyro(either does razr)
Smaller battery.... minus #1
Thicker the both... minus #2
More dev support then the razr, not as much vs the nexus.

only thing i see is your saying unlocked at launch. that is very unlikely.. rooted at launch maybe as is the razor and nexus. but the bootloader most probable will be locked on the rezound. the community seems to unlock htc phones pretty quickly but dont expect htc to unlock it on their website as they have not any verizon phones.
oh and denver is now crushing oakland
