So, I've noticed that my phone doesn't seem to be rooted anymore now that I have the stock 4.0.4.
How do I re-root it?
I used Wug's to root it initially? Can I use Wugs on a 4.0.4 stock rom?
Thanks!

Yes OTA updates almost always break root. Not sure if wugs toolkit will work. Try it out and let us know.
How did other folks re-root after 4.0.4?
I've read that people were flashing 4.0.4 without being rooted.
Others I believe, are flashing ROMs with 4.0.4 already rooted.
I'm using BAMF paradigm 1.0, but 1.2 was released yesterday with 4.0.4.
If installing one of the unrooted 4.0.4 ROM updates then Wug's says to flash an updated su.zip for 4.0.4 to obtain proper superuser: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/galaxy-nexus-development/192031-wugs-galaxy-nexus-root-toolkit-14.html#post2030191
I used that su.zip Wug's says to use and worked perfectly.
This should be what you're looking for.
