[RECOVERY] ClockworkMod Recovery *CDMA Edition* (Final Version)

ClockworkMod 5.5.0.4 for Galaxy Nexus *CDMA Edition*

Disclaimer: Use the following methods at your own risk. I am not responsible if you brick your phone. I did not develop these methods. Good luck!

    Download Link

    MD5: b2d31c29b7ef785f9c0802a12264d322

    How to Install

    1. Unlock the bootloader if locked (fastboot oem unlock)
    2. Gain root access (superboot)
    3. Flash CWM (fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-5.5.0.4-toro.img)
    4. Reboot (fastboot reboot)
    5. Boot into fastboot mode (Power + Volume Up and Down) and select Recovery
    6. Download Root Explorer from the market ($3.99)
    7. In Root Explorer go to System,
mount as R/W(button up towards the top of the app), find recovery-from-boot.p (change to 1recovery-from-boot.p or delete)

    Or

    1. Unlock the bootloader if locked (fastboot oem unlock)
    2. Gain root access (superboot)
    3. Download ROM Manager from the market (free or buy and support the app)
    4. Flash ClockworkMod from ROM Manager
    5. Download Root Explorer from the market ($3.99)
    6. In Root Explorer go to System
, mount as R/W(button up towards the top of the app), find recovery-from-boot.p (change to 1recovery-from-boot.p or delete)

ClockworkMod should now be permanently flashed.

You need to root prior to using ROM manager. Doesnt look like unlocking the bootloader is enough. The app errors when running privelage command.

Same here. Were you able to reboot and still get in or did you have to edit that System>recovery-from-boot.p file?

Backed myself up earlier today as well. Had to delete that system file though. Renaming it didn't help.

Which is why I made this thread. Just go into Root Explorer, go to System>recovery-from-boot.p and change it to "1recovery-from-boot.p" or delete it and you should now have CWM permanently.

I renamed it and it's working perfect. Tested it 5 times before posting.
