    Netflix app nexus prime

    I downloaded the Netflix app from Google Play but I have not been able to log on.

    I went to my laptop and entered the exact same ID and password. That worked fine.

    I cleared all the cookies and I tried again typing in my ID and password VERY carefully. It still told me my ID or password were incorrect.

    Has anyone had this problem?

    Nope. Works fine for me. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    Uninstall Netflix, reboot and clear caches. Then reinstall Netflix.
