Not exactly. Asurion charge $6.99 per month x 24 months = $167 vs ensquared $99.99.
Also Asurion charge a $90 deductible vs Ensquared $75 per claim.
Asurion replaces with refurbs, Ensquared 90% of all cases replaces with new.
I think most importantly the game changer is service, we at Ensquared are small enough to care and deal with each customer way better than Asurion- who treat you as just another fish in the big telco ocean.
I suggest you read our beware and compare:

how long after i get my device can i still take out a policy on it?
Just purchased ensquared's two-year insurace option for my Galaxy Nexus. I don't know if I will end up using it, but I love the idea of getting a brand new replacement should I need to make a claim. Let's just hope that, if I do end up needing to make a claim, I don't fall in the 10% that receives a "like new replacement". Though, I can't imagine Ensquared's refurbs are anywhere near as bad as Asurion's (or so I'm hoping).
Does Ensquared ins cover mechanical failure if you are past your manufact's warranty? Thanks.
and all unlocked and rooted phones are covered I assume? I like your better but over all people go w/asurion because its easy to slip 6.99 a month by than one lump of $99 but thats the price you pay for that type of service.
