Mission Impossible 4 Ghost Protocol 2011 DVD
Mission Impossible 4 is a little tricky, but can be converted with DVD Catalyst 4 if you select the correct track.
Start DVD Catalyst 4 as normal.

Insert your Mission Impossible 4 DVD, and DVD Catalyst 4 will scan it. Because this DVD has a lot of fake tracks (to confuse conversion tools) DVD Catalyst 4 will display a track selection dialog.

Leave this as is, and start a DVD player application on your computer, such as VLC or Windows Media Player.
Use this to play the Mission Impossible 4 Ghost Protocol DVD. Click through the menu so you are actually in the movie. Skip ahead a bit to make sure (in my case, it started with track 96 for the intro animation, and when the movie actually started, it switched to a different one, so to be safe just jump to the middle).
With the movie playing hover your mouse over Windows Media Player, or get the title/track properties if you use VLC or a different DVD player, and look for the “Title” number. In Windows Media Player, this is displayed at the top right.

For mine (I have the Bluray + DVD + Digital Copy version of MI4) it is track/title 76.
Now close your DVD player application, and in DVD Catalyst 4′s track selection, uncheck the selected option (if different) and enable the one you found using the DVD player application.

Now click on OK to have DVD Catalyst 4 scan the movie.

With your device profile selected (I am using the Asus Transformer profile) tap Go to start the conversion process.

Using the Asus Transformer profile in DVD Catalyst 4, the DVD conversion of Mission Impossible 4 took about 16 minutes on a Core i7 laptop (almost 8x faster than realtime) and the resulting mp4 video file ended up slightly over 1.5GB in size.

and of course subtitles for the non-English parts are displayed.
