Hugo is a little picky, but by selecting the correct track, the movie can be converted with DVD Catalyst without any complications.
For this little guide I am using DVD Catalyst 184.108.40.206.
Start DVD Catalyst 4 using the shortcut on your desktop:
then insert the DVD so DVD Catalyst will scan it.
It will bring up the 99track selection dialog.
If you are unfamiliar with this, please have a look here for what it means:
I used Windows Media Player to determine the correct track:
Close Media Player, and in the Selection dialog of DVD Catalyst 4, uncheck the one it marked, and select the track you found. In my case it was track 48, but this can be different depending on the version of Hugo you have:
Then tap OK and DVD Catalyst 4 will scan the selected track:
After which it will display it in its conversion list:
now simply tap Go to start the conversion of Hugo:
and that is it.
Using the default Xoom profile, the created video file ended up 1.4GB in size.
