Flash frame rate issue. Wifi works but disconnects for no reason and then reconnects.

i am 3 feet from the wifi router and my droid x2 will not stay connected!
it works good for 3 minutes then it disconnects for no reason and then reconnects. 3 minutes later disconnects and reconnects.
it was fine before i installed the 1.3.418 they pushed on me!

Also what is with flash? even before 1.3.41 . the only way i can play youtube embeds at 30fps is by selecting a bit of text on the web page.
it is like it is not giving flash enough cpu unless i select some text.

i believe it would fix both of these problems if i was able to revert back to the previous flash and to pre 1.3.418. Apparently neither is possible.
is their any solution to either of these issues? thanks for any help.

I have the same wifi problem. It started after the verizon software update also. Very frustrated.
