    Droid X2 slow

    MyX2 is seems to be running really slow. I don't have that many apps on it. Anything I can do to get it to run faster and smoother?

    If you are so inclined ... root and mod. I just installed CM7 and it ROCKS! Fast and stable. Good luck.

    CM7 is a ROM that replaces your operating system. If you are a little geeky and are good at following instructions, it is easy to install CM7. Go to the following link to find out more information.

    No, everything can be saved on your SD. You need to place files on SD to flash/root anyway so you'll be good.
