    I bought my phone used and am unsure if it was rooted I did the factory reset and am having the same issue what do I do?

    factory reset just restores settings
    if a system file or app was removed, only option is sbf
    try ezSBF
    or read how to use SBF with rsd lite
    all in my list

    I have verified it works with these Motorola devices running android 2.3.4
