About LinkBacksI got the update from verizon to update to 2.3.4
I originally had 2.3.3 that was rooted. I used pete's root kit to root the 2.3.3.
Now that i'm updated, it seems that i can't root using pete's root kit, even though there was another forum that said you can.
i think i get to step 3 of the root process, and it just fails, saying that i might have gingerbread that might have the fix for this exploit.
anyone else having this issue or has rooted the offical 2.3.4?

As to your question, I'm not sure as I am myself am waiting for this OTA. Have been manually checking the system update like every hour and still can't catch it lol. I'm sure someone will know the answer to your question though. Just gotta wait for the right person with that knowledge. I'm still a noob to all of this stuff!

10-07-2011 05:19 PMIts missing the Widgets in the notification bar. Its got the TV screen close out .... and the task manager icon is different. Other then that... same as stock 2.3.3

10-10-2011 01:08 PMA side question, what is everyone else getting in Quadrant? I'm hitting 1977 but that seems lower to what I've heard. Any thoughts?
