Alright plain and simple. I turned off my phone, plugged it into charger which made it boot up, then unplugged when moto logo appeared. Then just like that I was in recovery, Viola.

Yeah That's Been Stated Over At The XDA Forums That When You Install The Recovery It Replaces The Charge Mode With CWM.Quote:
