    transparent notification bar

    I run liberty because I like all the ease of use with different themes. However I noticed one feature that I'm sure everybody wants. U guessed it transparent notification bars. Is it possible? Call it a challenge for the Droid gods

    It won't happen on the D2 or DX simply because the bootloader/kernel is locked. It would be interesting to see on chevy or cyano tho....

    What does that have to do with kernels? Nothing

    Out can be done, however you have to use the stock launcher, or a live wallpaper (there are static image live wallpapers out there) to get it to look right. Out does some funky stuff on adw and launcher pro.

    You can do it in ninja morph. Long press on statusbar_background.png and edit, then I think you have the option to change alpha level. Our just swap it out with a transparent image
