About LinkBacksi have been using the x for only a week but the phone is slower than what i expected and it freezes alot is there is anyway to boost the device speed? ???

As you are a new owner I have to ask, are you running a task killer or any antivirus? If you are, get rid of them. That's probably the reason you are running slow.
Many times the sales people at Verizon will install these things for you trying to be helpful. They aren't. They just don't know any better. They may have installed it and not told you about it so check your applications and see if you've got them in there. If so, remove them.Please be respectful. 11-05-2010 04:10 AMNot the suggestion you want to hear but do a reset on it and don't load up any apps. Test your device for a while to see if speed improved.
This is probably a mis-behaving app.
