Not officially. If you are rooted then it's more than likely an unofficial build of ICS is available.

There are tons of ICS custom ROMs for the DX if you root:
Droid X Roms
These should work for the Milestone X since it's basically the same thing but I'd triple check just to be safe.

i am truly a noob, not sure how to tell if i am or not. i havent touched the kernel as far as i know. the only thing i have done is rooted using superoneclick w/ zerg exploit
