Droid X and gingerbread bluetooth

I have done numerous searches and can't seem to find th answer.
Anyways i listen to my music at work through my BT using super mono and it worked great on Froyo.
I went to gingerbread many months ago and when i couldn't get it to work reverted back to Froyo.
I decided to come back to gingerbread and still cant get it to work.
I've read that its just the droid x that has the issues and other phones on gingerbread work fine.
Any help would be great if i cannot get it to work i guess ill revert back to froyo again as its a huge deal breaker
for me.

I listen to music with my Droid X running Gingerbread thru a number of different bluetooth setups. one in my car to a Blackberry Bluetooth Gatewayt hat connects to my car stereo and also thru two different bluetooth head sets. you should have no problem.

Exactly by name and model are you trying to listen to music?

It's just a cheap 15 dollar Bluetooth head set. It worked fine on froyo using the super mono app. It will not work now though.

See the titles of all the Super Mono apps has Froyo in the title indicating what i take as it only works on Froyo. https://market.android.com/search?q=super+mono

So it seems that until the app writer makes a version for gingerbread that you are out of luck or need to find something else.

Yeah thats what I was thinking, is there any apps that allow this on Gingerbread?
