About LinkBacksHey guys I'm migrating From RootzWiki for a while. I'm a pretty big user over there and always happy to help people. Well long story short I got banned for a week so I came over here to get my question answered. I trying to find a way to unthrottle. I'm getting throttle pretty heavily right now and I don't know why. I haven't even reached a gig of data use yet for this month!! Anyways my data speed is less than a half a mb. My home internet is about 10 mb so this is torture. I am running BMc08GT's powerboost script but his unthrottle option really kills my battery life so its disabled for now. Its a known bug and its not just me. I'm running ACE's ICS-MIUI.

But in miui... You shouldn't need the unthrottle hack... Because it's a 2nd init rom... It's already been removed... I believe...

12-16-2011 12:12 AMWell If I use the unthrottle in the script my speed increases to around 3 MB/s but if I remove the mod my speed go back to below a mb. So in definately being throttled. Also I don't thing 2nd-init Rome or MIUI At least is not already unthrottled because most of the roms that pb supports are 2nd-init.
