he was drunk...
had pee...
went to bathroom..
dropped phone in toilet..
pissed in toilet...
noticed he dropped his phone..
grabbed it...
dried it...
phone sort of works.
music works. txt works. display works. pretty much everything still works... but no voice during calls. i txted him to make sure all his stuff is backed up and then do i factory reset... that should work right? (unless the mics shorted out)

When you say no voice I am assuming you mean three other person cannot hear him since tippy mention the mic. Either way, a factory reset can't hurt but I doubt it will fix it. A reset just deals with the system and had nothing to do with any damage top the hardware. If the mic or speakers are messed up, he will just have to put in an insurance claim.....if he has insurance.
