gingerbread install issue

When trying to install gingerbread update i keep getting message "Check for update was not available at this time. Try again later."

At first i assumed it was becuase of server-overload but i'm still getting this message and unable to install.

I tried both under the 3g network and wifi and still am getting the same message. I've turned off the phone and removed battery and tried again but no luck.

Any other suggestions?
