Plug in power supply with battery removed and wait for battery icon with question mark. Disconnect power supply. Replace battery and restart. This helped me get out of boot loop.

He is not stuck in a bootloop, it is the bootloader.
That Shadow system only .sbf is messed up. I tried to use it for my phone a couple weeks ago, and it wasn't complete. Go to the Team Black Hat website and get it from there.

How do u remove the bootloader? I delete bootloader but its goes to the green bootloader screen every start up.

Thats not the bootloader that is your recovery. If you have made a backup while you were on 2.3.340 you can restore it. You cannot remove that recovery without booting up the phone and you for sure don't want to remove the bootloader.
