Need Help Flashing Droid X RSD Lite

Ok thank you for viewing this please give me all the help you can for if i dont flash this phone i will cry....lol

anyway i am following this tutorial from Here

And i need a help with RSD lite when i put my droid x in bootloader and

connect

it to my laptop and run RSD lite and load the SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf file and

then i click start i get this error failed flashing process/

unable to retrieve initialization values from ini file and it wont

work. and i cant skip this step

because the next step requires me to us the new recovery mode so please help

me with all of you guys droid knowledge

Ummm, exactly what are you trying to do?
What release of Android is your phone running, build #, etc?
Are you rooted and ROM'd?

Looking at the link you posted, it almost seems that this file you are trying to flash is ROM speific to the Smoke Glass ROM..

Please post back and clarify a bit...

Actually, no, I cant...sorry. There is still quite a bit of information needed that you didnt give....OS version, Build #, what ROM if any other than stock you were on...and I am totally clueless at this point.

Also, wasnt there an issue with flashing all the way back to 2.1 from later 2.2 ....or am I confused on this? This is why I asked what OS version you were running and what Build #...

What I suggest is wait and see if someone else more knowledgeable than me reads your OP and has some better answers for you. But, I would go ahead and be ready to have them ask you some of the same questions I did...

I don't know of a good tutorial to flash to cricket, but that guide you posted is for the OG Droid not the DX
