About LinkBacksHey all,
I've had a droid x for about 3 weeks and it has been a dream. My gmail used to sync automatically, with notifications for new messages. While the settings still indicate that sync is on, I have not received new notifications in over s week. Moreover, I have to sync manually to get new messages. I restarted my droid (turned it off and back on) but have not had success. Can anyone help me getting it working right? Thanks in advance

01-27-2011 04:26 PMI would clear your cache, then if that doesn't work do a master reset and or battery pull. If that doesn't work, call Verizon.

01-27-2011 04:27 PMPut the power control widget on your screen. Is the auto-sync lit up? Should be the 4th from the left, after GPS.

Truth is: GPS is only used when you open an application that requires it. You can leave GPS toggled on at all times. -

01-28-2011 05:46 AMJust a question regarding the power control widget. If one did not have the widget on a home screen how or where would you go to control the auto sync that is in the power control widget?
