New to the X

Got an X yesterday, slightly used. Had a D1 with ss4.96 and a ton of mods, so know a little bit, but the X has a couple issues, one,I have 2.3.15 mb810,how do I get .340? I would really like Chevy's X 1.1.
Second, when I go to settings>Sounds> Phone Ringtone or Notification I get FC. Got Profiles app, and it will FC when I try to change the ringtone. I can go to my ringtone in my music file on the SD card and set it that way.
What I did when I got it was to root with Z4, then using Titanium restored all the apps I had from my D1, (had everything on my 32gb sd card) it even put my launcher pro widgets back, so that was cool. Also have Bootstrap, and JRummy oc app.
So, except for stock rom, running launcher pro and widget locker and put my custom boot animation on with root explorer by putting it in data/local, when I tried to overwrite in media, it wouldn't let root explorer mount r/w. Could mount on the system though, but not sub folders.

Id do a factory restore first since you got it used if not already done. Also id redownload apps instead of loading em from your old sd card. Something could've carried over the x don't like.

Fixed it by doing this- maderstcok - OTA 2.3.340 update.zip
And installing Darkslider 4.2.
