Can I use flyx

I have looked through alot of threads and cldnt figure out. Can I download birdmans flyx if I used easy root to root my dx. Or do I need to root the long version.

Unfortunatly not. I rooted prior to the ota so still on 2.1

You can use Rom Manager to get you to 2.2. Then you can use RM again to download and install Flymans Rom wich is what i did. Don't forget to make a backup

That sounds awesome but there is no 2.2 in my rom manager

Ok. New prob now. I download 2.2 from rom manager but won't boot into recovery. Any ideas?

flash the bootstrap and then clockwork

i hate sounding stupid and i greatly appreciate the help but where do i get the bootstrap. i didnt have this much prob w the droid
