01-09-2012 09:05 AMIf you go to the GB kernel one you don't. Its unofficial made by Revnumbers. Just wipe, flash it and flash Gapps.
Also, there is a working ICS build for the X but it isn't stable enough to be a daily driver IMO. Its called EncounterICS.
