Did you try to sbf yet? What happened that made it not light up?

Forget the sbf file and rsd lite. Go here and download this executable file to your computer, connect your phone, make sure its in bootloader (hold camera and menu buttons while pressing power),and double-click the file. Then you'll be back at stock .340 and you can go from there.

He can't do any downloading with his phone, he's in a bootloop. Forget the sbf file and rsd lite. Go here and download this executable file to your computer, connect your phone, make sure its in bootloader (hold camera and menu buttons while pressing power),and double-click the file. Then you'll be back at stock .340 and you can go from there.

Sounds better.

I just can't get anything now. Power button nothing. If I plug into my laptop here the green light comes on but that is it. Nothing turns on

Let your battery charge up and be at 100% or close to it when you run the file because your phone won't charge in bootloader mode.

Wow you do know those directions are to sbf back to stock and nowhere do you have to download anything to your phone prior to sbfing back to stock. You should read a little better because we told him to do the same thing only mine is manually doing it and yours is an automated two click and done process.

Yea thinking battery is dead I guess. WIll it charge on my wall charger? From what imreading I have to charge battery on a dock station for just the battery no?

If so I will attempt in morning I guess. Hope it works I have all backed up, contacts w/ google, and all that stuff so im not worried. Just live by the phone and work from it. Need it working asap! However maybe I should just go back to the days you don't have one...... lot cheaper.

Went from a perfect running GB 573 root and wanted to go 595 update. I used D2 bootstrapper. Went in and was up to date. Did a reboot because I wanted to change some stuff and was needed. Now im here at bootloop on the droid eye part. I pull battery and hold HOME and POWER and all it does is bring up the droid with triangle thing. I hit the search buttom but won't bring up the navagation stuff to reboot or wipe.

NEED HELP. Appreciate all input.

Jim- i didnt see anywhere in here that you went to .588 If you didnt goto .588 before trying .595 then there could be your problem. You need to do the 3 flashes for .588 when coming off .573

And again....you do know your phone doesn't charge if the big battery icon doesn't come on, on the screen.
