ROM Installation Question!!!

I haven't been on here in a while, and I have noticed several different ways to root, being that some phones had different versions of the OS. A buddy of mine gave me Zroot and I used it to root my phone. I have superuser permission and all. Now do I use Clockwork MOD like on the G1 droid i use to have rooted? Or do I have to do something else all together? If someone could give me a link to go to, or just tell me what programs to use I'd appreciate the help Thanks!!

Once rooted I believe I installed bootstrap and rom manager. Rom manager comes with clockwork recovery. Once you have the rom you want to install just do it from rom manager or reboot using boot strap into clockwork recovery ,pick the rom.zip you want to install and go from there.
