Best buggless blur rom?

Rubix focused is the best I tried liberty & fission rubix is the most stable for me

Rubix blurry is very good and im almost positive that it keeps the camera. It has the look of the stock rom right down to not haveing a replacement launcher. It even has the stock notification bar basically its identical to stock rom but a lot faster. Apex is what im using and it let's you keep the stock camera and outher blurr widgets. Its also very fast. Bolth are very stable
I've had no issues with either one.

I know you asked for a Blur ROM, but looking at what you were wanting to keep of Blur, such as the still camera and video camera, you actually might like Liberty v1.5.

Liberty is a Blurless ROM, but it has the ability to add back Blur functions such as the camera, gallery and othet items by way of the Liberty Toolbox.

Liberty is also a very stable ROM, has great Dev support, great selection of themes and for %90 of its users, increased battery life over stock ROM and other ROM's as well. You might want to give it a look...
