I feel like I did my homework on SBFing back to stock 2.2 and followed all the steps in the following link:

Now my phone is stuck at the red eye and is flashing between that and Motorolla.
I already had 2.2 ota before I rooted. Can anyone offer any guidance on what may have happened? The last message from RSD lite was 100% complete, please manually power up phone.

11-08-2010 08:41 AMDo a Factory Reset / Data Wipe.
Shut down.... Hold Home... Power up while holding home.... when Droid w/ ? comes up.... release Home and click the Search button.
You'll be in factory recovery and can do the factory reset.Samsung Galaxy Nexus - Rooted. CM10.1 - 4.2.1

11-08-2010 08:42 AMI haven't had to SBF myself but have read a bit on it. I don't think if your getting as far as looping between the 2 that you are bricked. And SBF'ing is suppose to help a bricked phone, not brick it.

11-08-2010 03:11 PMIt happened to me the first time I SBFed my phone. I was like WTF? so i decided to do a data/cache wipe and wala fixed. ths happened if upon reset you dont go back into bootloader mode right away.
