About LinkBacksHow in the HECK do I get rid of the tranquility splash screen and get back the default M? I unrooted my phone but it's still there ugh. Help

11-03-2010 10:21 AMYes, you will need root to change the boot logo back to the original /\/\.
And changing it back is as easy as a zip when in Clockwork.
Edit: Just noticed your on the Droid not the X. So my suggestion may not be correct. Except for you having to be rooted.Last edited by chkmate; 11-03-2010 at 10:24 AM.

11-04-2010 08:58 AMI don't think you need to re-root. I just used the 2.2 SBF file and got my M logo back. I had the same problem...
