12-03-2010 09:44 AMIt picks the color of the top left pixel for the upper and lower colors. So, if you have a picture with shades of blue it will pick the top left pixel and make the whole background OUTSIDE of the 480x182 area that color. So if you have an icon surrounded by a whole bunch of colors it will only pick that color. That's why it looks the best with black or white. Originally Posted by eraursls1984

Yes I've tried it accidentally when I first started making these. I had issues all over the place. I ussually only make them black or white. If you are editting in Frhed, black=00 and white=ff.Last edited by chkmate; 12-03-2010 at 09:53 AM.
