This is a discussion on 13 mb/s 3G speed?!?!?!? BS! within the Droid X Hacks forums, part of the Droid X Forum category; I was wondering if this was tlreally possible? I saw a speediest.net screenshot. (I don't know how much I trust this app. Kinda inconsistent results) ...

    13 mb/s 3G speed?!?!?!? BS!

    I was wondering if this was tlreally possible? I saw a speediest.net screenshot. (I don't know how much I trust this app. Kinda inconsistent results) but if it is possible is there a .zip I can flash?

    Speed test apps are not very accurate. Try Speakeasy from the phone's browser.

    Yes. And due to overhead the most you'll ever realistically see is ~2.5 mb/s.

    There is no hack to make it faster than the air interface. The Droid X is 100% NOT a 4g phone. If you want a 4g Droid X, buy the Bionic or RAZR.
