About LinkBacksmy friend has an Evo 4g and is running cyanogen mod, unknown version. point is everytime he turns his screen on and off a tv tube effect is shown. anyway i can get this on my phone? running rubix focused 2.0.1

to the OP, the screen off animation is just basic Gingerbread (2.3) animations. if he does in fact have a screen ON animation like this, it is most likely something brought by cyanogenmod.
also OP, you have to be on the 2.3.3 leak for the DX. since you are already rooted, just flash the rootedGB file just like you would any other ROM,
follow the instructions in the post below
