    Bootstrapper

    I've been looking for bootstrapper because I want to install a rom, but I can't find it. Can anyone tell me where to find it? The closest thing I've been able to find is bootstrap recovery on the market. Is that what I'm looking for?

    Yes but you have to go through your browser...don't think you can via the DF app.
