Dialer crashing

Hey guys, I recently installed the DarkSlide ROM for my DX, but when I use the dialer, it crashes (doesn't like my 210 LCD Density). Other than using the cheesy market apps for a dialer, I would like to use the pimped out UD dialer which comes with Ultimate Droid. Any way I can import just the dialer from UD?

idkk how to do that but try a factory reset then installing the darkslide and if u use titanium backup do the restore apps +data not system data one. that messes up a lot of stuff...

You might be able to pull the dialer from UD and add it to the rom. You could try ninjamorph... [How To] use Ninjamorph to change notification bar icons

You can go to settings/apps/manage apps/all tab/dialer/force stop/clear data to reset the apk.

Where are the dialer files kept? Also, I cleared data with no joy.

Heck out the link I sent you, in the first 5 or so pages are examples of where those files are. I believe they are either dialer.apk or blurdialer.apk
