Pulldown Settings

the obsidian rom has the pulldown widget where you can turn off wifi, gps, etc. why do no other roms have it? I find it extremely useful and a wonder it isn't in every rom.

also, if/when I get bombarded with "lol search moar nub" comments, I tried.

Been wondering this as well. Is there a way you can download it into different roms? Apex 1.3 currently. Would love to get the wifi.gps widget on pulldown tab.

Not sure what's in that ROM, but there is a free app on Market called QuickSettings that puts all of those settings in the pulldown menu. It's awesome!

I checked out the app and while it is useful, the thing im talking about has all those settings in the actual pulldown bar, right above where it days Verizon Wireless so you dont have to duck into an app or anything

I agree. That is the number one thing I want added to my rom. I don't understand why it isn't implemented in more roms...

Would love to see it on the Droid 2 as well. Jealous whenever I play with my girlfriend's Galaxy S Fascinate.

I know kejar said he was working on it around gummyjar 2.5 iirc but it never panned out. He was having difficulty getting it working from what I heard. I had high hopes for it showing up in liberty but no luck.
